I was woken up by the cosmic 2 by 4 eleven years ago with breast cancer and am now on a mission to awaken others to maximize their ability to live and lead with integrity, purpose and joy. I am formerly a teacher and school administrator and have 3 children ages 18, 19 and 21 years of age. I am currently following my passion by coaching current and rising leaders both in and out of education including leaders in other non-profit organizations. In addition, I facilitate growth and change in the workplace by 1) helping leaders and managers add coaching to their leadership style and/or 2) establish a coaching culture.
